Beyond the Box – Return & Refund Policy

At Beyond the Box, we want you and your recipient to love every gift. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • All contents must be intact and undamaged
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of gift baskets and care packages, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable food items (snacks, chocolates, etc.)
  • Opened or partially consumed products
  • Customized or personalized gift baskets
  • Sale or discounted items (final sale)

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

We will:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund

(no return required in most cases)


Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Email us at InfinityandBeyondShopLA@gmail.com
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide return instructions and approval

Once approved:

  • Ship the item back within 7 days
  • Return shipping is prepaid label

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving the return
  • Funds are returned to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

  • Damaged items
  • Incorrect orders

Gift Returns

If you received a gift:

  • You may return eligible items for store credit only
